Habitat types is a term used in the Telefang series, and is used for classification of Denjuu where each is a certain type. These habitat types determine the effectiveness of attacks in battle.

Telefang 1
In Telefang 1, the Denjuu's type would determine the type of attack used, in order to determine the effectiveness of attacks.

Telefang 2
In Telefang 2, each move had its own type, which would determine the effectiveness of the attack. A Denjuu can have moves of several types, allowing a Denjuu to have a move type advantage over several types of Denjuu.
