Hackers are people that can dive into Bugsite and use Bugs. There are different groups of hackers, some with good intention, some with bad intentions.
To dive into Bugsite, a Hacker needs a Visor and a Mobile Computer.
When diving into Bugsite, Hackers can mask their identity. The higher their W-Level, the more masked their information are. W-Levels range from W0 to W3.
