Toronko Village is the first village that Shigeki encounters in Telefang. In this village, there is a water shortage, and the Denjū in charge of carrying water, Netaro, was put to sleep by his brother, Nejiro. Nerikara is also involved in this village and wants people to vote for him by setting up a curry store.
