Well, as far as I know this sprite doesn't exist, so I assumed Kid Sonic made it? Well it can be released under his own license, but since it contains copyrighted content I'm not sure of the license. Probably a dual license, or a note saying that the subject matter is copyrighted (perhaps, by the bootleggers). I think GFDL/CC is fine though. But we really shouldn't bother much about this anyway... :/

P.S. Look at Facebook icon in Wikipedia [1]. Someone made it from scratch, but it's an almost direct copy of the Facebook icon. In which I suppose it's own license + note that says contains content that may or may not be subject to copyright laws. :/ nevermind... ~Milnivri~ 16:49, 17 March 2009 (UTC)
