Evolution in Telefang 1
The evolution processes in Telefang 1 can be categorized into three methods. Within an evolution chain, the habitat type does not change but the Denjuu's name does change, in contrast to Telefang 2.
Certain evolution chains have branches in which Denjuu can evolve using different methods into one of two different Denjuu, one usually being a natural or lab evolution (depending on the evolution chain) and the other being a augment evolution.
Natural evolution[edit]

Natural evolution is caused by the levelling up of a Denjuu, and occurs at the end of a battle. It is unique to Natural Denjuu and stages that typically evolve from them, but Denjuu who evolve through natural evolution also have higher stats than Denjuu who evolve through other methods. Natural evolution occurs between the following evolutionary stages:
Lab evolution[edit]

Lab evolution is caused by using a DNA item on a Denjuu at certain shops. It is unique to Cultivated Denjuu and stages that typically evolve from them, since none of these can evolve naturally. Lab evolution occurs between the following evolutionary stages:
- Cultivated Denjuu → Burst Denjuu (via Biolent 3)
- Burst Denjuu → Demon Denjuu (via Grapplite 9)
- Demon Denjuu → God Denjuu (via Gigaia 00)
Augment evolution[edit]

Augment evolution is caused by fusing an experience item with a Denjuu, and can be performed on the evolutions of both Natural Denjuu and Cultivated Denjuu at certain shops. Augment evolution occurs between the following evolutionary stages:
- Big Denjuu → Techno Denjuu
- Super Denjuu → Super Machine Denjuu
- Burst Denjuu → Explosion Denjuu
- Demon Denjuu → Dark Space Denjuu
- God Denjuu → Devil Denjuu
