This Denjuu is obtained from the secret phone number 0*5-*916-77*36, and therefore cannot be nicknamed. It is always obtained at level 30, with a Serious personality, and Ornithogalum as its friend. Rupicola's home area is Takedama Village.
The phone number was originally revealed in a television commercial[1], and can now be found on the official Telefang website.
