[[File:Manga_Punica.png|200px|thumb|right|A Punica from [[Tronco Village]]]]
A Punica was assigned by [[Musa]] to assist [[Shigeki]] in waking up [[Netaro]] in chapter 1 of the Telefang 1 manga.

The same Punica appears again in chapters 9-10 where it attempts to face down [[Kai]] and [[Angios]] for their destruction of the village, but is stopped by Musa who leaves with Kai. [[Crypto]] interrogates Punica shortly after, to find out what happened to the village.

Punica's last appearance is in chapter 14, where it comes along with the other Denjuu Shigeki has befriended throughout the course of the story, in order to help fight a horde of [[Kiyoruka]].
