Seiran is an Aquatic-type Denjuu.
Name etymology[edit]
Seiran is the Japanese name for the great argus.

Area[edit]
This Denjuu is obtained from the secret phone number 0*5-28#7-7*668, and therefore cannot be nicknamed. It is always obtained at level 5, with a Timid personality, and Liriope as its friend. Seiran's home area is Takedama Village.
The phone number was originally included on a card that came with copies of Network Adventure Bugsite, and could later be found on the official Telefang website.
