Although Telefang 2 was not as famous as Telefang 1, bootlegs of it have been found.

  • A 9-in-1 bootleg containing Pokémon Diamond 2 and Jade 2 along with bootlegs of Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald/Firered/Leafgreen and both Golden Sun/Golden Sun 2.[2]
  • Pokémon Ruby is an English Telefang 2 bootleg based on the Power version[3][4]. It is yet to be properly dumped. There is no English Speed bootleg known as of now.
  • Telefang 2 Power/Speed (Chinese) - Chinese bootlegs of both versions of Telefang 2 exist, although not much is known about them. The boxart is identical to the official Japanese artwork but has Chinese symbols overlayed on top. The cartridge label is a direct copy of the boxart.[5]

Telefang 2 in other bootlegs

Game material from Telefang 2 has also appeared in other bootlegs.

  • A Chinese hack of Pokémon Emerald for the GBA, called Pokémon Ruyi, replaced some of the Pokémon sprites with Denjuu from Telefang 2, including changing some movesets. All of the Denjuu were given unique Chinese names based on their appearance.[6]. Several other versions of this hack exist under different titles. [7]
