Shigeki enters a Telefang Tournament and feels the person that signed him looks familiar. After battling the competitors, and eventually the champ's underlings and the champion, Shigeki meets Nerikara again, trying to establish the Kakuza Party in Freesia. Nerikara flees, leaving Shigeki with an upgraded D shoot
