Part 11 - Flaura Village
Talk to the village elder(the house southwest of the entrance to Pepperi) then head out to Pepperi Mountain.
Explore the place and defeat anyone that challenges you. Once the whole place is cleared find and defeat L62 Gypsophi.
Once outside, try to enter the mountain again and you'll debate with Saneaba. After talking the phone will ring about a problem in Ion Island. Head back and go up north that was previously blocked.
