The Town by the Sea, Iris (Japanese: 海の見える町 イーリス, Umi no Mieru Machi Iirisu; Bootleg: Alice) is the third village that Shigeki encounters in the world of Denjuu.
The town's full name refers to Palm Sea being at the foot of Iris.
Name etymology[edit]
From the Greek word ίρις (íris), meaning iris.
Storyline of events[edit]
At the bottom of the town, just before Palm Sea, a Liriope requests a Game Machine from Shigeki. After handing it over, Shigeki receives its phone number as well as the ability to walk across water, in order to walk across Palm Sea to advance.

Special Denjuu[edit]
During the first visit to Iris, the player will come across a level 16 Liriope, who asks for a Game Machine in return for its phone number. Liriope has a Carefree personality.
Later, after visiting Ion Island, the player must return to Iris in order to enlist the help of a Lampgera named "Noisy" who lives in the town. He will give his number after a battle, and is level 34 with a Carefree personality.
