Named after Ruscus, a genus of evergreen shrubs.

Area
This Denjuu is obtained from the secret phone number 05*-57#2-*4108, and therefore cannot be nicknamed unless traded. It is always obtained at level 10, with a 
Faithful personality. Ruscus's home area is Tronco Village.
The phone number was originally revealed on a poster at various Japanese stores around the time of the game's release. It was also printed in the last volume of the Telefang manga, and could later be found on the official Telefang website.
