The whole village seems deserted. Head to the southwest where you find a Denjuu and talk to him. Go to the jetty where a Saiope named Dimenza will appear and tell you to visit houses, the Panses Village page tells you in which order. If you get any part of the sequence wrong you start it again.
When you have completed the sequence Dimenza will send you into his mansion where the villagers are trapped in the maze with teleport pads connecting the rooms. You need to get a key to unlock the boss room, so just teleport everywhere, collecting box goodies and fighting the event Denjuu. The Saiope is L53 so defeat him and he will unlock the tree to Iris. Head back there.
